Full-Automatic Tube Ice Machine and Cube Ice Machine Plant

 

The project is a fully automatic edible ice plant that uses a high-speed automatic ice packaging machine. All equipment includes 3 sets of tube ice machine, 1 set of cube ice machine, water filter, ice storage, ice screening device and automatic packing ice machine.




Project Mainly Involve Products

Tube Ice Machine

There are three sets of 15 tons 24 hrs tube ice machine, which are working separately. The tube ice machines are using our mature technology and high quality components. Our special oil balance design and refrigerant cycle design are making sure the compressor and the whole system working smoothly.

Cube Ice Machine

There is one set of 5 tons 24 hrs cube ice machine. The machine is set up on an ice storage with screw system. As the inventor of cube ice machine, our product is more power effective with less land occupation.


Automatic Packing Ice Machine

The machine is specially invented for ice packing. After the test in our customer’s factory, if the ice bag is 15 kg, the ice packing speed reaches to 15 bags every min, it is 900 bags every hour. For a whole day, which is 24 hours, the total number goes to 21600 bags. The total weight is 324 tons.

  what is mean a condensing unit? Condensing unit are wildely used in HVAC&R . They move energy in the form of heat by compressing a gas known as a "refrigerant," then pumping it through a system of coils and using the air around the coils to heat and cool spaces. In theory, a refrigeration system is consist of 4 parts: Evaporator, condenser, compressor,expansion valve.But actually we will add more components so that the system can work smoothly. For air cooled condensing unit 2HP-5HP normally add liquid receiver,filter drier,sight glasses,solenoid valve,H/L pressure gauge. The Air Cooled Condensing Units is put out of cold room, either in the open air, on roof or in engine room. Condensing unit condenser can be air cooled, water cooled, evaporative cooled.
